Welcome
Welcome to the Home Page of the Berkshire South-East branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA). Our branch covers the districts of Wokingham, Bracknell, Ascot, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Binfield and surrounding areas. More details can be found on the About Us page.
We hold monthly branch meetings plus various interesting social events, as listed in the Events Diary. We also organise the Ascot Racecourse Beer Festival.
We survey Beer Quality in each of the Pubs in our area. Based upon our findings, we award an annual Pub of the Year and select which local pubs feature in the Good Beer Guide.
We distribute a free quarterly branch Newsletter across pubs in the area. As the acronym for our branch name is 'B.S.E.', we call this the “Mad Cow”.
